Licenses and Registrations
GLD is committed to working closely and collaboratively with regulators from around the world. GLD currently holds the following regulatory licenses, registrations and/or other legal matters:
• France
GLD Markets Ltd has been granted registration as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), French financial services authority (Registration number F202).
GLD France Ltd will provide the following regulated services in France: digital assets custody services; exchange of digital assets for legal tender; exchange of digital assets; operating of a trading platform for digital assets.
• Lithuania
GLD UAB S.A. has been granted a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration by the Lithuanian State Enterprise Centre of Registers under MoF01. The registration enables the provision of the following regulated services in Lithuania: digital assets custody services; exchange of digital assets for legal tender; exchange of digital assets for other digital assets; execution of orders for digital assets on behalf of third parties; market-making.
• Poland
GLD (Poland) Sp.z.o.o has obtained a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration for the Republic of Lithuania administered by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers under Ministry of Finance (Registration number: 306511623). The registration enables the provision of digital assets services including custody services, exchange services and operating a digital assets trading platform.
• Italy
GLD (Italy) S.r.l obtained authorization from the Organismo per la gestione degli elenchi degli agenti in attività finanziaria e dei mediatori creditizi (OAM) for the Republic of Lithuania administered by the State Enterprise Centre of Registers under Ministry of Finance (Registration number: PSV-215). The registration enables the provision of digital assets services including custody services, exchange services and operating a digital assets trading platform.
• Spain
GLD (Spain) Technologies, has obtained a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) license under PSAV from theBanco de España (Bank of Spain) for digital asset service provision. The registration enables business activities throughout the EEA under applicable regulations for digital asset services including trading and custody activities on its platform.
• Kazakhstan
The GLD Group entities have been granted a category "A" type 1 license at an Astana International Financial Centre by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) to conduct digital asset activities in respect of the regulated activities of Operating a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), Providing Custody and related services.
• Australia
GLD Australia Derivatives Pty Ltd holds an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL) to provide derivative intermediary services to wholesale clients. AFSL 001317. GLD Australia and its authorised representatives are subject to limited regulatory oversight under AFSL. Further details about AFSL can be obtained from ASIC's website.
GLD (Australia) is registered as a reporting entity with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC)and holds DCE registration 100789820-001.
• Singapore
As per Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Guidelines (FSG-G01) for the provision of digital payment token services, GLD operates under the regulatory framework established for digital asset service providers in Singapore.
• Netherlands & Amsterdam
GLD is registered with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) as a provider of services for the exchange between virtual and fiat currencies and as a custodian wallet provider under registration number R378642. Registration can be verified on the official DNB register:DeNetherlandscheBank
• Malaysia
GLD is licensed as a Recognized Market Operator (Digital Asset Exchange) by theSecurities Commission Malaysia pursuant to the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. GLD operates under the regulatory framework established for digital asset exchanges in Malaysia.
• British Virgin Islands
GLD has obtained the required Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP) registration in British Virgin Islands and is operating through its related services under the oversight of the BVI Financial Services Commission.
• Dubai
GLD Global Entity has been granted a Category 1 License by the Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA) to enable the business to operate the VARA GLD platform to licensed Virtual Assets Activities Providers.
• Kazakhstan
The GLD Group entities have been granted a category "A" type 1 license at an Astana International Financial Centre by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA) to conduct digital asset activities in respect of the regulated activities of Operating a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), Providing Custody and related services.
• Luxembourg
GLD operates in compliance with Luxembourg’s regulatory framework for digital asset service providers. Relevant GLD entities engaged in virtual asset activities are subject to registration and supervision by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
• Czech Republic
GLD operates in accordance with the Czech Republic’s regulatory framework governing virtual asset service providers. Relevant entities are subject to registration and ongoing compliance obligations under the oversight of the Czech National Bank (ČNB).
• Denmark
GLD conducts digital asset–related activities in Denmark in compliance with the Danish Anti-Money Laundering Act and related financial regulations. Virtual asset services are registered and supervised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
• Finland
GLD operates under Finland’s regulatory regime for virtual asset service providers. Relevant entities are subject to registration and supervision by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA).
• Germany
GLD conducts digital asset activities in Germany in accordance with the German Banking Act and related financial regulations. Crypto-asset custody and related services fall under the supervision of BaFin.
• Greece
GLD complies with Greece’s regulatory framework for virtual asset service providers, including AML and financial market obligations, under the oversight of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission (HCMC).
• Hungary
GLD operates in compliance with Hungary’s regulatory and AML framework governing virtual asset service providers, under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary (MNB).
• Portugal
GLD conducts virtual asset–related activities in Portugal in accordance with applicable AML and financial regulations, under the supervision of the Bank of Portugal.
• Romania
GLD operates in Romania under the applicable regulatory framework for digital and virtual asset services, subject to oversight by the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF).
• Sweden
GLD operates in accordance with Sweden’s regulatory framework governing virtual asset service providers. Relevant entities are supervised by Finansinspektionen (FI) with AML/CTF oversight involving Finanspolisen.
• Switzerland
GLD conducts digital asset–related activities in Switzerland in accordance with Swiss financial market and blockchain regulations, under the oversight of FINMA.
• Belgium
GLD operates in Belgium in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to virtual asset service providers, under the supervision of the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).

Regulatory Authorities
GLD operates under the oversight of various regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions. Our commitment to regulatory compliance ensures that we meet the highest standards of consumer protection and market integrity.

Service Restrictions
GLD services may not be available in all jurisdictions. We maintain a list of restricted countries and territories where our services are not offered due to regulatory or business considerations.
Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws and regulations. GLD reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to services based on jurisdiction-specific requirements.
